Please ask for your receipt and ensure you double check it. As five of us had dinner at 377 lygon, I paid in full and needed the receipt so our group could split it later on. Upon double checking the receipt we had been charged twice for an item or two. After mention this it took the waiter 10 minutes to fumble around and figure out how to remove the double ups and adjust the bill. Upon checking the second receipt a different item was now appearing at a double charge. Again, some time passed and it just didnt seem anyone could work out how to remove the double up or print the correct receipt. I asked for a manager as they had also forgotten 2 of our main dishes but lied and stated it would be out in 2 minutes when we questioned them (15-20 min later it was served). Nobody could provide me with a receipt and they advised it was due them printing it that it was doubling up but i should trust them that it's all rectified. Three incorrect receipts, incorrect wine order, not receiving all our mains and that was enough for us to boycott the Abruzzo Club for any functions or dinner. Servers either come up every few minutes apart and ask the same question or do not appear for long periods. I think the kitchen and waiters were focused on table behind us which had a group of people and one of them being the manager that I spoke to about the bill Upon leaving. I mentioned what about all the other diners that had paid and left before us (as they got their food unlike us) she responded that they're all locals and it was fine! Fantastic clean place excellent venue for food and drinks too as well as a good place with a variety of pokies machines and has excellent friendly as ever staff that really look after their customers and like to always make the customers happy which they do with five stars too. A great place for families, singles and groups of friends or family too.To go out and have a good night at. As they have some special occasion nights with bands and stand up comedy nights and trivia nights too. If needed for any occasions for the family this would be a place I would and could and do recommend highly as they cater for all sorts of parties from birthdays to weddings to baptisms to all sorts of parties from kids to adults to people of all ages are always catered for and welcome to attend this venue as I have seen myself. Five star place I would say it to be myself when it's to Come to cleanness in venue wise and mannered and friendly staff and freshness in food and great tasting yummy food too this is five stars I give it to this venue myself. You will enjoy eachtime of the whole day for food wise to even enjoyment factor too at Abruzzo Club at every moment ur to be there and one of the greatest coffee places too...

Such a terrible experience and to be honest not the first, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I will never set foot in this disorganised place again. I will explain what happened. We have a monthly gathering called "la spaghettata" it's an event for retirees they give a set menu spaghetti in tomatoe sauce and then antipasto with bread on the side all for $14 members and $15 non members. Today as we sat down we were told( no notice or call for price change and menu change) we would not get antipasto and that we would only get a basic red sauce pasta , no antipasto and of course the price would be $15 members and $20 non members. Just like that no notice of change whatsoever. You ruined everybody's day and I can truly say we and others will not be coming back. You have become overpriced and greedy. I give this place...
