False and misleading advertising of goods online and no response to requests for a refund, BEWARE. If you don't have the stock, don't falsely advertise you do and take people's money. Item shown to be in stock for a quantity of 10 and the online pickup order was accepted and confirmed promptly including the prompt withdrawal of funds out of the bank account as verified by NAB. Later receive an email with no signature block, no contact details etc advising the order was cancelled because they did not have the stock but there is no mention of a refund. Sent an email advising they should not advertise a product for sale and in stock if they don't have it available, not should the order be processed and to refund the money paid. To date, no reply to any email, no refund and no product, what a surprise. Have advised the bank to start proceedings for fraud and have advised Consumer Affairs of their false and misleading advertising of goods for sale that do not exist. Frustrating how they can take my money within minutes but cannot respond or refund the money in a timely manner but numerous suppliers do the same...

Terrible raw chicken safety hygiene. Employee behind the deli was handling raw chicken with gloves, came over to serve me. She did not change from the gloves that were handling the raw chicken and she begun putting olives into a container for me. I questioned if she had changed gloves from the ones she was handling raw chicken with, which she replied "oh they aren't touching the olives." She then backtracked, realising the response wasn't appropriate and begun making excuses while removing her gloves and putting a new pair on. There is no excuse when handling raw chicken. These hygiene standards are amateur and dangerous, as I am someone who has previously worked in a kitchen and had to handle raw food, this shows a lack of basic...

Great products but horrible service. I got in at 5pm and the gentleman at the counter said rudely “we close at 6pm!”. (Although Google says 6:30pm). The store was empty. The guys kept following me and rushing me along. When I got to the counter, he was throwing my items around. When I was paying, he was being sarcastic. I was out of the store at 5:15pm.
