I went to order, she was just finishing taking order from another customer. She said just hold on a second, I said I no worries, about a minute later I can see she left the restaurant, not sure if went on toilet break. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some one else comes and takes my order. While waiting for the food we saw quite a few tables that still had dirty dishes after the customers were long gone. Finally we saw the food waiting at the counter as we were sitting very close to the kitchen. The food sat there for 5minutes or longer. I got annoyed and asked the chef if I can just grab food as it had my order number to which one of the staff replied I’ll bring it over to you. I said okay BUT then the next she does is start cleaning at the station. Fed up with the BAD and UNPROFESSIONAL service I went and grabbed it myself. Read moreAfter finishing shopping with my two sons, decided to try one of there meals and dine in, clearly not busy and myself understanding capacity limits due to covid they were clearly not over the limit for seating, so I have told my two boys to sit down and I will order, without hesitation or doing a count the staff member rudely told me your children can not sit there right now cause we may be over capacity, I then replied are you? To which another staff serving at the counter said no they are not over the limit and we can dine in. The biggest issue is that this female staff was quick to be rude to me and embarrassed me whilst other customers were sitting in the dining area. Its a shame the food was quite nice but the service left a bad taste! Service you expect from a takeaway McDonald's store, will definitely advising others i know also not to go...
Read moreOnline menu needs to be updated and staff need to all be educated on what menu items they actually sell. I asked for loaded sweet potato fries as stated on the online menu, the lovely lady serving checked in with the chef if it was still available to make which she said yes they were able to make but the sweet potato fries had to be substituted for regular fries which was perfectly fine with me. When they lady serving went to put it through on the register the male staff member proceeds to double check with the chef to see if they can make it even tho it had already been confirmed with the chef to which the another staff member buds in and says they aren’t able to make me this food item as it’s not on their menu. 3 different staff members telling me 3 different things....
