I would give no stars if possible. My husband and I visited the DFO from interstate with my two teenage daughters. My daughters grabbed hot chocolates from Lindt which was across from signature brew and my husband and I grabbed coffees from signature brew and sat in the food court area outside signature brew. This cafe didn't give spoons with the coffee so I asked one of my daughters to grab the plastic spoons to stir the coffee. 5 minutes later the Asian owner from signature brew is at our table accusing my daughters of stealing the two plastic spoons. He then went on to say the Lindt hot chocolate was of inferior quality to the hot chocolates he serves. And that his spoons should not be used with Lindts hot beverage. I offered to pay for the spoons but instead he thought it'd be a better idea to take the used spoons back and told us next time to not come and sit outside his cafe with someone else's drink. He was rude and obnoxious and he is located in the food court so technically the seats weren't assigned to him.furthermore his coffees tasted burnt and goes to proof the myth that Asians don't do coffees and should stick to...

Food was amazing, fresh, hot ready to eat, customer service was absolutely outstanding, young girl that was serving me, was happy to tell let me know their best sellers, for food and drink, also let them i know i wouldn't be eat a whole, they prepared my meal so it was easy for me to carry out, I got a Chicken Zaltar and Mango Pistacio Smoothie !! Absolutely to die for !! So if you're ever in Essendon Fields DFO, switch it up make your way over to, this little Gem, grab yourself a bite to eat, you'll be happy you did !!! I also believe this is a family run franchise!! Get around guys !! I'll be back for a visit thank you for my food...
