I love the options and yummy lollies in here but nearly every time I walk in, the owner is on the phone and doesn't acknowledge me, doesn't get off the phone or just take a break for a second, and last time she even rang up my order whilst still talking on the phone with zero eye contact. I didn't feel valued as a customer. I often walk around to see if she will get off the phone for a moment/tell the person she has a customer, but it never happens. It really makes me not want to come back, as this happens 8 times out of 10, but the specific lollies I want can't be found elsewhere in town. I really think customer service...

Walked into the shop and the lady working there was on the phone. Did not greet me when I entered. I was walking around for 5 minutes looking for something, waiting for her to get off the phone so I could ask her. The phone call was not work related. In the end decided to just buy what I had found. She didn't even get off the phone while she was scanning my items, only when my partner commented "the service here is terrible" did she end her phone conversation. And she didn't even apologise. This is a fantastic little shop. Walking around the shelves brings back many childhood memories. The person working here was friendly and left me smiling as I walked out the door. It's an essential stop on my occasional visits to Healesville.
