I love the options and yummy lollies in here but nearly every time I walk in, the owner is on the phone and doesn't acknowledge me, doesn't get off the phone or just take a break for a second, and last time she even rang up my order whilst still talking on the phone with zero eye contact. I didn't feel valued as a customer. I often walk around to see if she will get off the phone for a moment/tell the person she has a customer, but it never happens.
