We ordered a large meal Saturday & only ordered from this place because of the reviews & sadly was disappointed. The Butter Chicken was overly sweet—so much so that it tasted almost sickly. I understand that some folks enjoy a sweeter version, like you explained in a previous review that many requested this, but having enjoyed Butter Chicken at many Indian restaurants, this was by far the sweetest I’ve & the other 3 people who tried it have encountered. Typically, this dish gets wiped out first in my household, but this time, we ended up leaving almost half of it untouched!
As for the Goat Curry, it was unfortunate that it wasn’t fresh, again a dish that we have had many times over, with meat falling off bone, this wasn’t the case.
I had high hopes for the Paneer Saag as well. When I called ahead to confirm if it was similar to Palak Paneer, I was assured it was exactly the same just a different name. However, it tasted very different, as if there were several other greens mixed in with the spinach, like a bunch or coriander, not very authentic which made it less enjoyable for me.
I don’t write reviews under 5 stars, especially without giving a place a second chance & I’d love to support a local restaurant but given our dinner was quite pricey and we had more than half left over and sadly just tossed most of it out, I couldn’t give it another go.
On a positive note, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received. The staff member I spoke with was genuinely helpful and had amazing skills, which made the experience a bit better. Plus, the food arrived quickly, hot, and...

I am sure we all have been to many Indian restaurants serving ' home cooked food ', and we all know it's anything but . Most of the times it's just like , too many spices are getting married in your dish, and your taste buds and insides are invited for a dance afterwards .
The food consistently tastes the same every time , which is delicious . Satisfying portions . The chef caters to your specific taste needs / preferences . Always greeted with a warm, friendly , courteous smile . Clean premises , caught a glimpse of the kitchen , Hygiene well maintained . Which is very pleasing to see when it comes to Indian eateries , a big seal of approval . Although , a little high priced, but I guess quality comes at a price. The atmosphere can use some warmth, though. but that's just my opinion. Place surely delivers what it says , home cooked quality food.
All in all , authentic food , great service. best of luck to the owners . Keep up the good work . Also, thank you for adding fresh ginger / garlic...
Read moreHad really hoped to find a wonderful Indian delivery meal. I always read the reviews and try balance the good and bad,
On this occasion I have to say I was very let down.
The good - Ordered through DoorDash - that part was seamless.
Also, prices are very reasonable for the serving sizes.
The chicken pieces in my butter chicken were very moist and juicy, very well cooked.
The not so good…
The butter chicken sauce was so sickly sweet it burnt my throat. Having read reviews and responses from the owner I added an order note to ask for ‘less sweet version please’. What arrived was quite frankly inedible, and like a sickly syrup - I cannot imagine even ‘western Indian’ palettes expecting such sweetness for an Indian main dish.
The garlic naan was more like a paratha, and like leather.
The saag paneer was decent.
Had hoped this would be my go to but based on this experience sadly wouldn’t give it...
