Anyway - we searched the parts box without luck and then she thought to check returned pieces headed for recycling. Boom! I'm back in one piece. Many thanks.

Excellent customer service! I purchased a Patagonia Jackson Glacier Parka last week and the store staff (Anna) was friendly and very helpful.

Today I received a promotional email and the same parka was 40% off. Ouch! :)

I phoned the store and they happily refunded the difference onto my credit card with zero fuss! I know some retailers will make you jump through hoops to get a refund (i.e. buy the new jacket online and bring the old jacket back into the store with tags to get a refund). Not Patagonia - they made it easy (as it should be).

Great customer experience and deserved a 5 star review! Will definitely purchase more from them in be the future! Thank...

Always has the best quality gear. Staff are super friendly, they’re very accommodating as well. Wanted to try on pants that they had online but not at the store, they offered to order it in to the store just for me to try it on.
