Centre Management, do you have any idea how frustrating it is to walk to a pair of escalators, only to find they are both running in the same direction? Well, that is what is happening with all 8 of your escalators between G and 2. And we see your strategy – it's to force people to walk almost the whole length of level one, in order to change floors. And when returning to G, to walk all the way from Little Collins, in order to exit at Collins. Well, why do you think levels one and two are so empty? You are making it just as hard for people to get up there. And when people are up there and are ready to leave, they find it's a pain to get out, so never return. Please, cut your losses and take a...

I frequently eat at Burger Project and always impressed with the design of the centre. But my thoughts about this place has changed. Last weekend was the first time visiting with my wife and baby boy. My biggest gripe - there are NO FACILITIES in the baby change room. Not even one chair! I had to move the chair from the food court outside into the room so she could sit down to breastfeed in private. I will still come here to eat, but I want to warn parents with prams to avoid this place.

NOTE: Honestly this should be resolved immediately, not placed on the back burner until next year. Furnish this room with the essentials, not furnish my question...

Hey knob heads. Who’s genuis idea was it to make both escalators go in the same direction, forcing patrons to have to walk through every single floor just to get around and to the next level. Not only does it cause inconvenience and frustration, but it’s just down right dangerous. This can cause serious harm. My child almost fell head first onto your escalator. If anything bad would have happened, I would sue you for every penny! Trying to give false impression of high foot traffic by purposely diverting traffic at the expense of customer’s safety and any logic. Good try. Not coming...

It has a nice collection of high end stores, mostly clothing, womens handbags, and some restaurants. I had no intention of buying anything. However, I enjoyed the window shopping. The restrooms in this complex are nice as well, but my favorite part was the cascading green glass ceiling. Talk about eye candy! There was also this unique bakery/tea room/cafe. Had I not just eaten breakfast, I would have definitely tried it out. The desserts in the window looked amazing.

St. Collins Lane is a beautiful centre that has some great spots, looks incredible and is also a great place to work. My friend Dr Liz Isenring and I use it as a 'Coworking' space at times and it feels good. You can charge your devices, get something to eat and things that look great there. Top spot and LOVE IT!

A compact department store with some high end shops. Nice food court area on the top level and it's connected to Novotel. My only gripe is the disorienting logic of the escalators direction. Probably want to direct shoppers to a "one-way" shopping experience but it only creates confusion.
