We enjoyed a delicious green chicken curry with rice. Staff make lunches/dinners in their kitchen using produce and products stocked in their store changing the menu up daily based on seasonality and freshness.

The curry we had was made using a paste available to purchase in store so their meals are a great way to try their amazing range of products before you take them home. They are also very environmentally conscious and if you are a local they will offer you your food in reusable containers to be returned.

I would definitely recommend visiting the store as it will fulfil any need you may possibly have and majority of the products are locally sourced, organic, ethical and take into account a myriad of dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free, low fodmap. I’ve been shopping at Rose Street Pantry for years and it just keeps getting better. Meredith is an absolute gem—her warmth, passion and skill shine through in everything she does. She’s not only the heart of the Pantry but also a fabulous chef, often in the kitchen herself cooking up exceptional meals. If you give her notice, she’ll even prep something special just for you!

The produce is always top-notch, fresh and seasonal, and I love that so much of it comes from local farmers. You’ll often find unique veggies here that you simply can’t get elsewhere.

The take-home meals are a game-changer—delicious, wholesome, and a lifesaver on busy nights. Honestly, every bite reflects Meredith’s care and talent.
