At Sydney Road, Location is highly accessible via Tram and Metro Trains. Stops at Moreland Station for Tram Number 19 and Metro Trains running on Upfield line are within 3 to 4 mins walking distance.

Overall, Prices are on moderately higher-side as compared to lower prices for same articles at other Indian Grocery Supermarkets. There are rarely any Weekly or Monthly Special Discount Sales on any items sold here. Also, its disappointing that no discounts offered to long-term customers who shop here regularly.

The shop is generally good. However, on my recent visit i brought back a product in the original packaging to advise them that the product is off. The shop attendant could not assist, insisted i show the entry in my bank statement so he can be sure of the date to be able to look it up. Finally, he had to call the owner to inquire about next steps. The owner decided over the phone that product is not returnable. Incredibly poor customer service for a shop that has a direct competitor right in front. Needless to say, i have taken my business there.
