The Chocolate Box — Local services in Melbourne

Don’t buy from the chocolate box. They’re discriminating to the medically exempt regarding vaccination status at the ROYAL MELBOURNE HOSPITAL. The hospital is supposed to be the only place where there is no judgement but then you have to face discrimination when going to The Chocolate Box. I was refused service even when I advised the woman that I have the exemption in my bag as I am a regular at the hospital (to which they know me as they serve me every single fortnight). This company appears to “support” R U OK?, however is adding to the problem of Mental Health Issues. I will be sure to see my options in taking it further and I will be advising all business owners I know, of the mistreatment so as to perhaps have them reconsider their corporate gifting options. I will also be adding this experience to all platforms of social media and to all dedicated social media groups that expose those businesses that discriminate such as this business The Chocolate Box who openly and loudly declined myself in the Royal...

Milly, the manager was extremely helpful and an absolute delight. She went out of her way to confirm allergen information for me to ensure she wasn't providing any misinformation. On top of this, she gave product recommendations based on my dietary needs and I came out beyond satisfied. I believe recognition should always be given when due.
