We booked a private tour for the cave exploration and it was so fun and eye opening! We were lucky enough to spot some glow worms during our tour, which were a huge bonus. Our guide, Jon, was knowledgeable and patient when guiding us through the cave. He always made sure we were safe when manoeuvring around the cave. After the cave tour, he took the initiative to bring us around the area where we had a nice chat with him, learning about the history at Britannia Creek - he even treated us to a nice cuppa afterwards! I highly recommend this experience for anyone who’s looking to tour the Britannia Creek Caves. The private tour may be a tad pricey, but I assure you it’s all worth it. Would give 0 stars if possible. Our tour guide, Jade confiscated one of my personal belongings without fair reason and deliberately failed to return it despite being reminded and asked many times. Now, it just may sound like I am salty over losing a tennis ball but this is not the case, this particular tennis ball holds great importance to me and my family. This tennis ball was gifted to me by my father shortly before he passed. My father had always loved tennis and had never had time to teach me and my brother before he got sick. As he gave this tennis ball and an old racket to me, he told me to practice tennis as much as possible. That is what I have been doing for 6 years 1 month and 28 days. Now I cannot play tennis. My family is very poor. That was the only tennis ball we could ever afford. Thank you so much Jade! You have ruined my chance at my family’s escape...

I had a great experience on the caving tour. Sam is a highly experienced, personable guide who provided our group with terrific information about the local area, history and environment. Most importantly he safely guided our group through the caves.

Once in the caves it was a far more challenging adventure than I had anticipated! It's an all-body experience - I enjoyed scrambling, crawling, slithering and sliding through the caves and over the boulders. There's no doubt without assistance I'd have gotten lost down there. I absolutely recommend hiring the jumpsuit as I would've otherwise destroyed my clothes.

Getting some action pictures was a great bonus and I'm glad I've got the record of the experience to share with my family and friends. I'll be coming back and taking my kids on the adventure when they're a little older.
