Really great pizza, I ordered the pizza with Calabrese salami and I enjoyed it, however, the dining experience is what prompted me to rate this establishment only 1 star. I have been here three times, the first time a lovely gentleman served us, the other 2 times a lady served us and she was exceptionally rude and cold to us, however would then turn to other customers and be nice and chatty etc. Whether this is due to some preconceived judgement about me I do not know, however, I feel awfully uncomfortable when I eat here and sad after I leave, so even though they have great food I will never be coming back here again. If this lady ever reads this post, please remember that it's important to treat all people with kindness and warmth, and it's especially unacceptable if you're running a business. Even though you've never been kind to me, I still wish all the best to this business and those running it. P.S.After reading other reviews on 'zomato' many people have thought perhaps these people are racists, I can't say I completely disagree with this and it makes sense after what I have experienced at...

My family and I went out after a long time, enjoying our day together and then decided to go for a lunch to Little Joe. The food was excellent but the receptionist and the waitress were very rude. My family and I were so disappointed that we ended up to such restaurant with a bad customer service. The receptionist was not answering properly and was frustrated to answer questions. The restaurant was very busy we got a table inside which was quite small for us so we decided to sit outside and I went to let the waitress know that we are sitting outside, the waitress didn’t reply or listen properly. She didn’t communicate with the other staff member and the receptionist came to us with a very rude attitude and telling us that ‘you should let me know that you are moving your table’ and I explained her that I did mention it to your staff member. However, we ended up to take our food out. Overall, the food was good but very bad customer service. Never going...

The "man" who greeted was so unbelievably rude. It was 2pm and he asked us if we were there for coffee or lunch. We stated that we would start with coffees as we had not even been given a menu let alone a seat. He then went on to say that they were only taking lunch without even giving us a chance to speak and closing the door on us with an ending sentence of "okay cool". Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. You simply do not push paying customers away especially when you aren't even busy. Funny thing was that we when we walked past we saw multiple couples only having coffees. Such bad service and working in hospitality myself, I would be honestly appalled with that behaviour. Thank you for pushing us to your competitors at the pizza cafe down the road. They might not been wood fire but at least they have manners and respect for their customers. Do not go here unless you want to cop attitude from an arrogant 40...

I am gluten intolerant, therefore I opted for the home made gluten free base ($3 extra). I was slightly mortified when the pizza maker whipped the base out of the freezer and whacked it into the microwave, before adding toppings to it. Overall the pizza was underwhelming, generous on the mushroom and rocket front, could definitely do with more cheese. I wanted to add olives for another flavour profile, but they were charging $4 for that addition, so I passed. The base was not disastrous, it was very thin and crispy, I got through most of it. While the staff member who served me was lovely. The place lacks ambience (maybe it was the time of day I was there). I spent $33 for a pizza and small mineral water.

Been a few times now and love the wood fire food. The food is really delicious and fell prepared. The flat bread breakfast was awesome. Presents better and tastes magnificent, you get your eggs, sausage and cheese presented in a 'boat' flatbread. It's like having pizza and breakfast in one, brilliant! Loo's have always presented well, even though it gets pretty busy here. In summer, book an outside table! Could get a high rating if the table wobble had been fixed. Checking stability during setup means I loose less of my coffee across the table every time someone has a laugh.

A thunderstorm. Then a hail storm. It was time for food and a break from the Warburton weather. Despite being mid afternoon we we’re greeted by the loveliest staff and seated in a half full cafe. Minimal choices of food. Maximum choices of beverages. We ordered a simple pizza that we shared over a blood orange drink and latte. The portion size was good and served quickly. Wheelchair friendly. Very kid friendly. Parking is pretty good out the front. You’ll find this cafe a lovely place as a break on the high side of the street in Warburton. Enjoy.
