After a snowy trip we looked for hot food and happened to enter here. Cozy and warm was the first impression. But the waitress was a bit racist so will not come here again and please hear me out. We are two Asian families and got neglected throughout the process of entering, finding seats and ordering. We asked if there is a high chair for us and got the response that it is being used by another family so we couldn’t have one. Asked if we could join two tables together since we are a big party and said if we could find tables we could do that by ourselves. Later when we sat down, we noticed that the cold faced waitress approached another local white family offering a high chair and offering whether they want to join tables since the table they are sitting is quite squashy for them. One staff member just pointed to it, and as my partner took a bottle and started walking back to the table, another remarked to their colleague, “It’s like they think we work here.” We left without ordering and went to...
