Willowbrook Butchery — Local services in Midland

Recently had a number of sheep and a steer cut up and packaged here, also purchased some of there other meats on offer while there. The form of the cuts are spot on, no gristle line through the middle of my porterhouse, roasts are separated on the singue lines where applicable. Vacuum sealing was a truly professional level. and butchering fee was fair and on par with all other butchers I have used and approached. The other meats they had on offer ranged from full briskets, smoking wood chips and a big range of flavoured snags. We bought some of the snags and they were remarkable. My steer was finalised while we were stuck in fires and out of power, I was offered all the assistance they could assist with including prefreezing my meat and other aid services. Highly recomend, I will be stopping here...

Working full time, it is difficult to get to a local butcher, however Willowbrook in Midland is open after knock/off time. But a couple of times, requesting a cut and was knocked back as the staff cannot cut the meat. Why work at a butcher and you are not ticketed to cut meat or better yet, why not have a butcher on site till closing? Today, we asked for Eye Fillet, and was shut down so rudely. So we opted for a tray of Chicken breast instead and it was disappointing how it was handed back as is and not even wrapped, with attitude. We visit local butchers to get 5 star treatment included in expensive prices we pay. You have lost us now and we will now go elsewhere to have proper 5 star...

Worst place to go. Very bad customer service. Bought meat on Saturday and they charged me $200 extra. When I called for refund they asked to come down to the shop so that they can make a refund. Went back to the butcher, the manager has left for the day so no one can do a refund. The manager on the phone not willing to speak to me. Asked me to come back tomorrow. I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK!! When I called the first time the manager told me their till was out by $280. I don't know whose money they've incorrectly charged. But that's poor business. I understand mistake happens but taking no responsibility after a mistake is...
