I have had ankle problems for many years and had an ankle fusion on my right ankle and due to the loss of movement those close to me state I now have a club foot – no pain but lack of movement is an issue. I then needed something done on my left ankle and chose a replacement and Dan Marshall was recommended and how right they were. A particularly pleasant no nonsense person and a very talented surgeon. I am now some 10 weeks post surgery back in normal shoes and have had limited pain throughout. I cannot provide enough complimentary adjectives for Dan and would highly recommend him to anyone and at the same time recommend an ankle replacement versus a fusion.

In addition, Tiana in reception was helpful, most efficient and made admin matters easy.

I had a hip replacement done by Dr Bucher in May 24. He had to also break my femur to straighten my leg so the new implant could be put in, this was a seriously complex operation. Dr Bucher did an excellent job the scar was lengthy but looks great. My recovery has been long but I am getting better everyday and best of all no more excruciating pain. Very unimpressed with this guy ,I thought his communication skills were horrible and it's my perception that the horrible infection i suffered after surgery that resulted in 5 weeks of antibiotics and the disgusting scar that was left behind was due to his unprofessional attitude, I haven't heard from since and he has not made any effort to follow and even offer to try and fix up the mess left behind .Once again it's my perception that he hopes never to hear or see me again, #swept...
