Private Prices but Public Service provided. This was the second time we used this clinic and will without a shadow of a doubt be the last.

From the moment we arrived to paying for the appointment was no more then 10 minutes. We only recieved 6 photos and heard our child's heartbeat for no longer then 3 seconds. After writing to managment about our experience we where told that this service was 'satisfactory'. There was also no phonecall to address our concern's, just a swift pointless email from the admin team.

The 12 week scan is such an exciting moment for any parent, but to be ushered in so quickly and rushed through the appointment (the clinic was empty and noone else waiting) leaving a number of unanswered questions about of growing child has tarnished the whole experience.

If you want a private 1st class service and able to relish in the moment of hearing and seeing your growing child, along with being able to ask any questions without judgment then stay away from this clinic.

Money is more important to them...

We have visited this radiology several times so far and quite disappointed with the service at desk. First thing is very hard to get booking for this radiology, no flexibility with the time. Take it or leave it policy. The lady at reception has very strange look like she saw something weird (not once its everytime). No smile no welcome, I don't know why people keep working if they don't like the job. At least they should show some courtesy for sitting on reception or get some training what's the job of reception.

Technical staff is ok. They will take dozens of ultrasound and will send you ugliest pictures from them, I mean seriously. We thought of making beautiful album for our baby but these pictures just ruin the idea of making it.

Considering its private radiology and the quality of service they are giving, definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. Bulk billing radiology do far better job than them and very polite...

I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had this week. Early last year I had a scan at 35 week pregnant. The sonographer got some awesome shots and after we left we got the text to download the images of our baby. Shortly after that I went into labour and in the whirlwind of our baby's arrival, we forgot to download the images. When I went looking for them recently and realised, I was devastated.

I called the practice and asked if they still had the images and explained what had happened. The lady I spoke to was so lovely and friendly and went above and beyond to locate the images for me and email them through that same afternoon once their patients had left. When I received the email I noticed that the lady I had been speaking to was the practice manager, Tiana.
