I gave it a 3 because you don't give dipping sauces on specials you buy a big bucket of popcorn chicken and can't even get one or two dipping sauces for free you have to pay $0.50 and only that half of them are just bits of crumbs that are real hard and I can't eat as I have no teeth that's why I buy them because they are soft and easy to eat and nice but not without dipping sauce so I would like to see at least give 2 all three included then charge for any extra I like going to care soon but I'm not happy with some of the services at Golden Square KFC Bendigo corner of High and Wattle Street I went there another time and asked for two buckets of drumsticks for the same deal as the popcorn I don't even know what never was but I asked for two buckets so she stuck them into one bucket and even if there was extra in there it didn't bother me I wanted to separate buckets because they were for two separate people that will for me and my son and my neighbour and his wife and they couldn't even do a simple task like that and I'm also discouraged by the way you make the food look so nice on TV but when you get it it looks nothing like it or taste nothing like it looks it's basically had a makeover with yes that's right and make-up makeover to make their burgers and further look like they are fresh and delicious when in fact they are just slap together by teenagers who don't know the first thing about respect they don't care as long as they get paid I mean come on we pay a lot of money for our food and we can't even get what you advertised on TV why can't you make it look at it least half as good as that not just a sloth in a rapper but the potato and gravy is nice except for is not big enough for the price and it's only instant mashed potato which you can buy from the supermarket and gravy and you can make twice as much for a quarter of the price of a large potato and gravy you can lose a lot of business if people stood up to use but everyone's too gutless because yous are a me and dollar franchise that people are scared of taking on because they don't have the money to take you to court but I assure you if it comes to it I would as I am not employed because I can't even get a job at one of your stores because I am too old you are the employer young kids so you can pay them less and you hire older but still young managers so you can do the same I mean I would buy it all the time if I knew that the food was perfect all the time instead of being rushed through because yous are in a hurry to keyboard is going if that's the case then I am more cheaper stuff and have one on real one repair one on making orders and one on placing always one on and so on I mean I'm no genius but it doesn't take a genius to figure out you have a not fair work policy plus you don't give a heard about your customers has your workers have been advised if asked for manager to try and talk you out of it and I've had enough if I ask for a manager I want to speak to a manager if you can implement all them I will come back but from now on I am just going to write bad about you guys and that is that both the marketplace Golden Square Kangaroo Flat Eaglehawk White Hills app all the stores about all the stores especially the one where I found an ants nest in your seats just like Burger King at Lansell Plaza had to move because there was ants everywhere and you've passed isbn so do me a favour and please implement some of these ideas into your business staying with the tradition but taking on the customer is always right and the customer gets what the customer asked for not what you interpret what he wants...

Just got home and opened the box to find only 1 small chips, the potato and gravy that i specifically asked to be swapped out, and 3 tenders roughly the size of wicked wings. The girl who served us in the Drive through looked more miserable than anyone I have ever seen. I am not sure whether this was simply a mistake on the Kitchen end or whether she put this through the system wrong and just charged us for it.
