I wish I could give this place a zero star!!! Ordered food two hours before, delivered me a wrong oder, i did not accept the order from Doordasher but the guy named “ Meet”tricked me and he marked my order as delivered though i did not accept it. He promised me to go back and get me the right order. But he never came back as expected.I tried calling redrooster, did not pick up my call for a while then somehow got successful to talk to someone at redrooster, promised to sent me food , after one hour of wait when my order was not delivered , gave them a call again and this time the girl on phone told we cant delivere / assign you another driver as the previous driver is not picking up call, she very rudly said “I cannot deliver you myself” .No apology , No sorry. I decided to go to branch myself not pick up food but to talk to manager to know whose fault is this, is this my fault to pay you the price for food and getting nothing. I came to know the manager was the same girl i was talking on phone, again the same rude response , no apology or sorry zero problem solving, blaming someone else for not delivering right order, loud voice like yelling at someone. I have not faced such a bad service at any other business So far. Never ever oder food from this Red Rooster. Your manager needs some managerial skills and courtesy. May be you should send them a link.These comments from customers should be treated like gold.I don't need, or want to chat with a manager. Or fill in a survey. I have done my bit. I believe my photos and review say it all very succinctly. Whether your manager reads my review here or makes changes is entirely up to them. The cut and paste response to my review bothers me too as I was happy with the food and service. I did rate this restaurant 4 stars on that very thing.
Original review; Friendly and accommodating staff here. I must say from the outset, I wasn’t sure about this restaurant as the outside of it wasn’t very appealing or welcoming. Some of the traditional story signage had badly faded and what looked like it was once, or maybe still is, the outdoor dining area seemed unloved. I guess the word I’m looking for is tired. All of this on show as you enter. Once inside the restaurant we were met by helpful friendly staff who were able to accommodate some small changes to a regular line which we were very grateful for. Read moreWe ordered red rooster today for delivery.Red Rooster’s Door Dasher delivered incomplete order , he did not give us cold drink that he was supposed to do, when we tried calling back /texted , no reply as usual.It happened before as well with us, Red Rooster’s Dasher don't show any responsibility. They just Throw the incomplete order and runaway. Red rooster should keep the receipt of oder in the bag and tell the staff when handing over to delivery person, show him the items to deliver, and the person should do the same at the time of delivery. You guys took around one hour to deliver cold / soggy food, and then some items are missing. Improve your service standards please!
