T4 Innaloo, conveniently located in the IKEA complex, offers a blend of hot food and bubble tea, which is a great concept. However, my experience was a mix of positives and letdowns. The Good: Convenient Location: Being in the IKEA complex, it's a handy spot for a quick bite or a refreshing bubble tea after shopping. Bubble Tea Options: The tea options were standard and satisfying for bubble tea enthusiasts. While the topping selection was limited, it still catered to the basics. Vegetarian Dishes: The mushroom and tofu dishes were well-prepared and enjoyable, providing a decent vegetarian option. The Not-So-Good: Undercooked Chicken: Unfortunately, the fried chicken was a major disappointment. It was undercooked and pink inside, which raised concerns about food safety. This overshadowed the rest of the meal. Limited Topping Choices: While the tea was decent, a more diverse range of toppings could enhance the bubble tea experience. Final Thoughts:T4 Innaloo has potential, especially with its combination of hot food and bubble tea in a convenient location. However, the quality control on the food, particularly the fried chicken, needs significant improvement. Until this issue is addressed, it’s hard to recommend wholeheartedly. If you’re stopping by, stick to the bubble tea and vegetarian options for a...
Read moreI would like to preface this by saying that my drink tasted amazing and that the girl and guy working today were both absolutely lovely workers who deserve better.
Considering today was a very nice, warm, sunny day, it’s still school holidays, and it’s a Sunday, why on earth the manager would only roster on two workers is beyond me! 😡
I had no issue waiting for my drink but when I picked up my drink and noticed the sheer number of drinks backed up, it honestly angered me. These workers who probably earn minimum wage are under immense stress making drinks/food that are constantly being ordered, and there’s only two of them because management seemingly only cares about profits than they do their worker’s health and wellbeing. 😡😡😡
The girl making the drinks wasn’t even doing it slowly/ seemed like a new hire, it was just the number of orders genuinely seemed like too much for one person.
I have been here a few times, sometimes when there is only one person working and it can get so busy and they’re all alone!!! How is that a fair way to treat your workers??!!! I thought that it was maybe a one off situation but as I have seen it a few times, I needed to say something, hence this review.
I hope someone can do something about this because I find it despicable and an unacceptable way to treat...
Read moreI think 3.5 stars would be better star rating. I found it difficult to hear and understand the service person at the counter. A bit slow in making the drinks too.Though overall ok service. It wasn't that busy. Maybe new to the industry? No fluid work flow and disjointed. Once they get themselves into a routine they should improve and become quicker.
It looked like lots of snack choices compared to the others though likely I missed the new choices that now available. I haven't tried their food yet. The tea here was not the same as others. I have a favourite, which is the winter melon lemon and it tasted different and not as nice. The chocolate smoothie tasted like ice.
The decor was unusual mix of fun and feminine ice cream shop and a sleek Art deco lounge bar. It was comfortable though on the...
