When looking for a program that would integrate with our existing accounting program and provide a online selling solution we came across Fishbowl Inventory. From the initial set up to the ongoing support the Fishbowl Team have surpassed our expectations.

They have implemented customised solutions for our business within the program, personalised reporting and streamlined our processes. We are a business with over 6000 unique parts from many suppliers. Our ordering process was time consuming and tedious and is now automated and accurate. As history is built up within the program our ordering is now collated based on previous selling trends and has saved us an enormous amount of time and the room for error is now minimal.

The integration with Salesin (Fishbowl's B2B Portal) has now automated over 35% of our sales and steadily growing. Salesin works directly with Fishbowl so there is no double entry of any items. Once an item is entered into Fishbowl it is updated to the B2B portal with stock levels. Sales and payments once processed are then automatically sent to our accounting program at the end of the day.

The ability to use location services for our items has dramatically reduced the room for picking errors. The process allows anyone to pick items whether they are familiar with our stock or not. This alone has saved countless hours and our returns due to wrong items being picked and sent has been basically eliminated. Other highlights for us is the Tracking System for freight and the encrypted Credit Card Wallet for payments.

To be realistic I would say using Fishbowl has saved us approximately 40 hours per week in additional labour. We have now implemented Fishbowl into another business, and the benefits have improved our processes once again.
