Adam and the team at Newtown are exceptional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, and are always friendly and welcoming. It's a small shopfront but they carry all the products you need, and the space is really beautifully designed in that classic Aesop way. I think it is a great alternative to the busy CBD. Just went in (on a Saturday leading up to Christmas- peak hour) and the staff were so lovely and efficient, coming outside to attend to the line of people waiting to get in to make the process smoother.
