She said ‘well I just wanted to talk to you about KIDS having CANCER!’ (to my young kids at the door listening). I was not in the mood, said, ‘yeah, righto’ and shut the door. I have kids, I have friends with kids, some of those kids have cancer, one of them I already donated to this week. Also I’m a health care professional who has worked frontline in both paediatrics and oncology. I’m sure I could tell her more about kids cancer than she could ever tell me.
