We found an item of furniture we liked on this company's website and went to inspect the shop.

From the time we walked in, we were made to feel as though we were an important customer. Maggie, had a fantastic knowledge and was prepared to listen to what we wanted and needed. Everything was sketched so we were all clear on the concept of what we were talking about.

We ordered a very specific Tasmanian Blackwood dining table and 8 chairs.

A week later we went back and ordered bedside chests, a bookcase which was individually designed by Maggie and another item of furniture to go with the dining table that we had ordered a week earlier.

Again we went through the concepts and specifications and willingly paid our deposit. Then everything went into production at their factory. Maggie told us around 5 weeks was the lead time and true to her word, all the furniture was delivered on time.

Everything was finished as per specifications, everything arrived in excellent order (no scratches, no marks, no dents) and the delivery team was so careful.

Castle Hill Furniture We have recently purchased 6 dining chairs from Castle Hill Furniture which the owner Maggie Ma helped us greatly in choosing a design and upholstery option to compliment our existing dining room table which has a 60’s retro vibe to it. We are extremely pleased with the way the chairs have blended with existing dining room furniture and the quality of the product is first class! You would never know that they weren’t the original design or timber. So much so we have since purchased a queen size timber bed from Castle Hill Furniture and will soon be complimenting that with a matching tall boy of the same design. We have found that Maggie’s standard floor stock is well designed and made and is visually pleasing to the eye. However, she is also prepared to design individual furniture items for her customers on a piece-by-piece basis as well. I have never written a business review before but feel compelled to support Castle Hill Furniture; a small, family-owned business. We had been searching for a very long time to find a bookcase that would fit the niche in our house without any luck. Thankfully I found Maggie and her team at Castle Hill Furniture who designed and custom-built the bookcase of our dreams! Don't let the factory location put you off: Maggie was able to put on paper our (very) rough sketches and her team transformed this into a beautiful bookcase of exceptional craftsmanship and quality. Maggie was meticulous with the measurements, and re-checked everything before proceeding. The installation team (who are themselves the builders) were on time and took great care in placing the bookcase; the pride in their workmanship was evident. Although in-built may have aesthetically completed the look, how could I ever leave this bookcase behind if we ever did sell our house?!
