I faced extreme rude behaviour from the person named Andrew, I’ve never seen any sales manager treating customer like this.

Today I called to purchase a trim kit. The store confirmed it’s in stock. I made $50 deposit. The lady on the phone told me I have to collect it from the warehouse, I specially asked how long the warehouse and the store is open she confirmed twice that both are open till 9pm.

After I came to the store one of the person looked at my email invoice and took rest of the payment. Then forwarded me to Andrew. I approached him and asked that I just made the payment how do I get my order. He wasn’t taking interest wasn’t even Looking at my invoice. He said what it is for I sad smeg trim kit. He started Saying it’s out of stock. I told him the lady on the phone confirmed the stock is available. He asked someone else to check and that person confirmed that stock is available at the warehouse. He said it’s past 7 and the warehouse is closed. I told him but why was I informed with wrong info. Neither he was apologetic nor he was showing any compassion. He continuously responded me rudely. At one point I even told him you should understand because of the mis information I had to travel this far.

When I told him I want place complaint tell me the process, rudely he said go online but nothings gonna happen. All you’ll get a call from the authority saying sorry. He literally bullied me.

Point to be noted till this point he didn’t even tell me how to collect my product even though I’ve already paid in full. After the conversation I returned o him asked at least tell me how do I get my product, I’ve already paid for it. He called someone and they gave me a brochure...

My frequenting HomeCo Hills dates back for at least three decades. Yes, I have seen a lot of changes here over this period of time as a single man, 20 years of marriage while raising children and now I am back to being a single, but much older person. I was attending a new store, Kitchen Warehouse, located in the south complex. It is a very accessible complex by car and public transport. Unfortunately Google Maps were not up to the usually high standards 😑. The store is located in the South complex, yet I was constantly misdirected to the North complex 🙄??? It wasted a lot of time and effort to find the store. Apparently it is not just me. So. . . If anyone is looking for Kitchen Warehouse, please enter the South Complex from the pedestrian crossing, walk inside and turn left. You will see Officeworks straight ahead with Kitchen Warehouse on the opposite lefthand side. Generally I give HomeCo five stars as there's a plethora of stores and...

Not easy to find stores, needs bigger, better signage. Its as if management assumed it to be just a little local mall and only locals come in get what they want and leave. But its a destination place where you would travel to visit a particular store. Service in most stores was terrible. Not sure if people were bored or just didn't care but it was very disappointing esp when you're planning to spend $1000s on whole new house fuurtinure. Only one store showed they wanted our money - and they were not the higher priced store at all. Wish they had a fuller range, they would of got all our business. Other stores couldn't even be bothered to greet us let alone ask any open ended questions. They would of found out we had a full house to fit out. Their loss.
