Do not recommend this place at all and do not book with them for your kid's birthday and waste your money. I had my daughter's birthday and none of the things I paid for was provided. They charge such high amounts but do not provide the quality of the service provided. We paid close to $2,400.
I was promised that the venue will be closed and cleaned up early but when I showed up at the venue at 2:50pm, there were still families with kids playing. When enquired, they said it was one of the staff's family members which was obviously untrue. Very unethical management.
The decoration is not what I was showed on the photo. It was very low quality and looked very tacky.
The food was very low quality. We paid extra thinking the food will be of good quality but it was not. They advertised false names on the menu and make you pay extra for instance the crispy chicken skewers advertised were pretty much cut up chicken schnitzel you get from woolies.
Overall, if you charge high prices close to $2,400 you need to ensure that the standards are provided. We are happy to pay but were very disappointed overall with the quality and service. In addition the staff were unhelpful and on their phones and I can now see from the other reviews that this is an ongoing problem. The quality and the cleanliness of this place is quite low. You are better going to little amigos cafe or another cafe to spend your money. It is almost a scam as they charge high prices showing fancy menus and photos and do not provide the services...
Read moreI recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Marshmallow Kids Cafe and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and filled with joy for both the kids and the adults. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly. The play area itself was a dream—clean, safe, and packed with fun activities like ball pit, slides, climbing structures, dress-up play area and even a baby play area that kept all the kids entertained for hours. My daughter and her friends couldn’t stop smiling! The party package we chose was perfect, with plenty of space for our group, delicious snacks, and even extra time for the kids to play after cake and presents. The bright, colourful atmosphere made it feel so festive, and I loved that I didn’t have to worry about a thing—Special shout out to Janice took care of all the details. We’ll definitely be back, not just for parties but for regular playdates too! Highly recommend Marshmallow Kids Cafe to anyone looking for a stress-free, fun-filled...
Read moreA sweet themed indoor play centre in Castle Hill. Two storeys of fun with a little castle and slide into a ball pit in the main cafe area downstairs, a traditional indoor climbing playground out the back (just be wary of the fast orange and blue slides, another adult and I hit the wall at the bottom of the slide... Probably not designed for adults but could do with more space around the slide for safety).
Upstairs you'll find dress ups, makeup, kitchen, fruit & veg, Duplo, magnet blocks, magnet letters, and lots of soft play.
My three year old loved the variety and the volume of Duplo to play with.
It was fairly quiet on a Friday morning, coffee was great and the staff were really lovely. To top it off, the playground was clean and staff cleaned tables after each customer had finished.
Didn't try the food menu but the Udon noodles at the table next to me...
