Not an issue with the Castle Hill store itself, staff very helpful however issue is with the company, furniture and customer care team. Purchased a dining table that firstly took 5 months to arrive. On receiving the table and when assembling found the holes for screws to attach a part to the base were in the wrong place. Was compensated for this to keep the table and drill own holes however when putting the tabletop on the base of the table found the tabletop to be completely bent on one side, ie table is not flat. How something like this is sent to a customer is beyond belief. Contacted customer care regarding this second issue and have been advised the claim will take a week to get a response and if a replacement tabletop is provided the compensation for first issue will be voided. Mind you these are 2 completely separate issues to different parts of the table but they don’t seem to understand this. Why it takes a week to get a response is ridiculous and you can’t even talk to someone on the phone. What kind of shitty customer service is this? One table with 2 separate issues is just ridiculous and not instantly being given a replacement is extremely poor customer service. Will never be buying from OzDesign again and advise you not to purchase either. All I wanted was a dining table that did not have multiple faults and this to be rectified immediately. 6 months later I am still without a dining table, would have been better off getting a one elsewhere. One of my clients purchased the wrong size rug inadvertently and because it was "unrolled" and "purchased online" it was not exchangeable for the correct size even though it was new and never walked on. I escalated the issue to management and they couldn't even be bothered to call me - the response was pretty much "too bad for you not interested". A warning to all customers and all designers this company is only interested in the sale - not the clients, not the customers, nothing but the sale. Beware buying anything at all from Oz Design if you think you may need a refund, an exchange or a warranty fix or replacement you will be very disappointed. I will no longer specify Oz Design goods and I recommend all other professionals...

Even when some stock wasn’t available, he proactively checked expected delivery times and gave honest advice about the wait — something we truly appreciated.
It’s refreshing to see customer service professionals like Wayne, who I would call a true customer service diamond. His work ethic was fantastic — we never felt pressured to buy. He genuinely listened to our requirements, provided clear information, and gave us the space to decide.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we left extremely satisfied....
