For one to enjoy any food, it must be complimented with the experience. Harvest Bowl have it all. The menu is there for anyone to choose yet the staff have been given the authority to allow customers to tailor what they want to a certain extend which makes the whole experience even better. The staff and their customer service is second to none. Service is always delivered with a smile and you know it’s genuine. Another important part of this business is ownership. This was an order of mine where a mistake was made and the staff/person apologised as due to an allergy I could not consume my order, yet without hesitation, after explaining the matter to the owner, a replacement was done for free plus my initial order was also refunded. I ordered the Miso Salmon bowl to takeaway a couple weeks ago, it wasn't until after I left, I realised the salmon fillet was completely raw - despite being golden seared on the outside (ie. frozen not fresh). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to return to the store and get a replacement or refund, so it was a complete waste of money as the salmon went straight in the bin.

I decided to give it another go today, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as to maybe just having an off-day, so I ordered the Keto Chicken bowl (bravely to-go, again). The chicken was dry, the produce didn't feel fresh, the cabbage was hard and felt cheap store bought. I couldn't even finish it. The juices are good but the overall food quality is not fresh nor worth your time and money.

Don’t know why there are comments about the being nice staff. The two young girls working today were both far from hospitable- not sure why they decided to take a job in hospitality / waitressing, let alone who trained them. The chef at the back was nice and friendly however. Was willing to just let it go with the first girl, but on multiple occasions when staring my order, paging and having my food brought to me, they were just cold faced and had very cold body language altogether. I also observed them give the same cold attitude to 2 other customers. Find a better job if you don’t like it, or if not, find better management and trainers.
