DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE! I Would give it a lower star if I could. Went to buy a cake , the lady cut it up for me and went to put the sale through without even waiting for me to come back with two other smaller cakes from the fridge. When I asked her for a refund as its the two cakes I wanted and not the one she cut up she was rude at said that she already put the sale through. She then told me that this store has a no refund policy despite a sign saying that you can get one granted that tje cake didnt leave the premises. Money hungry to put a sale through without waiting for the customer to make thier own choice in what product they want. APPAULING customer serivce!!! After this, the "manager" comes out on a mission to give pathetic excuses and lies about the so called "rules" about a franchise business and had the nerve to tell me to see his his side ..... ummm what side ; you just made 50 bucks off me without puting the customers needs first and then turned it around like it was the customer who was in the wrong.... Pathetic!!! Im not suprised people in other reviews had simular experiences and wont come back.... I sure as hell wont come back!!...

Really bad quality cake, and customer service!!! I bought a quarter cake from them last night and was eating with the fam and realised that it smells funny.. went to bed and woke up with bad stomach. I went to their store to tell them about it now so they’re aware of the problem and I was told that it was my fault that i left it out the fridge, I told her I didn’t and the other cakes I bought were just fine, the Indian lady then proceeded to tell me to GET OUT OF THE STORE! The audacity! I literally only came in so other people dont suffer like me and they can fix their fridge temp!!! I couldn’t believe how i was treated! Never coming here again

Reply to the store answer below: 1. The lady flat out told me “leave the store”, so idk why you’re lying!! 2. I NEVER left the cake outside the fridge! We literally started eating it 15 mins after I bought it from you! 3. I never came to the store to argue, I just literally wanted to raise awareness of the issue! Please practice better customer service, and make sure ur fridge is working well as well as using good quality products - your playing with...

They dont even deserve 1 star!! If I could give them 0 i would because they dont deserve the 1 star. Disgusting customer service!! I called to place an order for a celebration cake today for Saturday pick up. The lady on the phone was so rude and kept speaking on top of me and wouldn't allow me to ask questions. She didn't like the fact that i was asking her questions about the cake and how to store it properly and what the use by date of the cake would be. She then went onto telling me it was too late to order the Pinata cake for Saturday and that I should go and order at a different store!! Absolutely shocking customer service!! Please do yourself a favour and do not order from this particular store. I've always ordered from the cheesecake shop at different locations and havr never encountered a problem but this store was something else. I will never order from this store and I will make sure I tell family and friends not...
