I had a very frustrating experience at your restaurant today. The girl who took my order and made the food was extremely rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and had no basic manners when talking to customers.
Even worse, there was a big problem with the payment. I paid for my food, and the machine showed it was approved. But then she told me the payment didn’t go through. Because of poor network, I couldn’t check my bank app right away, so I had to ask my friend to pay again. Later, when I checked my account, I saw that my first payment did go through—meaning we paid twice for the same order!
I tried to contact your restaurant to fix this, but there’s no phone number or easy way to reach you. This whole thing felt like a scam.
Please:
Train your staff to be more polite. Refund my extra payment. Make sure customers can actually contact you if there’s a problem. I want my money back for the double charge. Please reply soon and let me know how...
