I am writing to express my deep concern about the unsatisfactory hygiene conditions After witnessing the elderly lady PUTTING HER HANDS IN HER MOUTH TO CLEAN HER TEETH we were deeply disturbed and chose to refrain from consuming our food. We promptly informed her that we would be discussing this matter with your manager. Such behavior not only raises hygiene concerns but also impacts the dining experience negatively. It is our hope that you address this issue promptly to prevent further instances and maintain the trust of your customers. observed at your restaurant. It has come to my attention that your staff members are not using gloves, as evidenced by an incident where an employee handled a falafel rap with bare hands and subsequently used those same hands to CLEAN THEIR TEETH . Maintaining proper hygiene is crucial in the food industry to ensure the health and safety of customers. I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly by implementing strict hygiene protocols and ensuring that all staff members adhere to them. Neglecting these standards not only jeopardizes the well-being of your patrons but also tarnishes the reputation of your establishment. I hope you take immediate action to rectify this situation, as it is imperative for the trust and satisfaction of...
Read moreDon't know how this shop is still open when there are tonnes of great kebab places around Western Sydney with great food and service. The food is terrible and overly priced and the service is atrocious. When I first visited, the owners appeared rude, the food was overpriced and very average but I went back a second time. On the second visit I ordered a snack pack with chicken. They gave me left over scraps of cold chips and cold chicken meat that barely filled the plate. This was around 1:30pm so I wondered why they couldn't cook fresh chips. When I asked for a refund the female owner got defensive and argumentative and called the male owner. He started getting rude and argumentative, barely looking at me and stormed off into the kitchen. Both appeared to speak limited English and appeared to be in their 60's. Don't know what their story is, if they are strapped for finances and this is their only source of income but it gives them no right to serve inadequate meals and treat...

I live 3 hours away and wanted to drive up and organise lamb kebabs for us all in Kellyville for Australia Day.
I called them and the guy there on the phone said he doesn’t make lamb kebabs and was about to hang up on me!
Just like that!
I then had to ask if he serves lamb at all. He said yes. And then nothing…
I then had to ask what lamb dishes he cooks, and he said “We cook lamb.” so I asked what is on his menu that includes lamb? It was like pulling teeth.
He said he cooks “lamb shish”. I asked how many I would need to feed 3 adults.
He said I had to go in to see the size and then hung up the phone on me! I was left stunned!
