Don't know how this shop is still open when there are tonnes of great kebab places around Western Sydney with great food and service. The food is terrible and overly priced and the service is atrocious. When I first visited, the owners appeared rude, the food was overpriced and very average but I went back a second time. On the second visit I ordered a snack pack with chicken. They gave me left over scraps of cold chips and cold chicken meat that barely filled the plate. This was around 1:30pm so I wondered why they couldn't cook fresh chips. When I asked for a refund the female owner got defensive and argumentative and called the male owner. He started getting rude and argumentative, barely looking at me and stormed off into the kitchen. Both appeared to speak limited English and appeared to be in their 60's. I live 3 hours away and wanted to drive up and organise lamb kebabs for us all in Kellyville for Australia Day.

I called them and the guy there on the phone said he doesn’t make lamb kebabs and was about to hang up on me!

I then had to ask if he serves lamb at all. He said yes. And then nothing…

I then had to ask what lamb dishes he cooks, and he said “We cook lamb.” so I asked what is on his menu that includes lamb? It was like pulling teeth.

He said he cooks “lamb shish”. I asked how many I would need to feed 3 adults.

He said I had to go in to see the size and then hung up the phone on me! I was left stunned!
