Franky and Co — Restaurant in Sydney

Called 2 days prior to my husbands birthday for a tiramisu birthday cake to be made. I asked and reminded the lady I was on the phone to twice for a freshly baked cake and she said yes they will make one for the day. Picked up the cake today and it looked great but forgotten to ask if they did what I asked on the phone. My mistake. At the birthday when I cut the cake it felt hard to cut through and when we tried it the sponge was hard and it tasted old. No one liked it and they all commented on how disgusting the cake tasted. I am so frustrated as I paid for this cake and was looking forwards to having it for our desert after our dinner. Very very disappointed at this place for letting us put our trust in you for something special and you straight up lie on the phone that you will follow through with my request. Our family loves tiramisu and what we got was not even close to tiramisu as it was an OLD CAKE we got instead of the freshly baked one...

Franky and Co is a great new Caffe at Kellyville village. The staff are very friendly and love to engage in conversation. They give a happy community vibe. The coffee is by far the best in Kellyville village (don't tell Caffe cherry bean 😂) if not the best in Sydney. So far I have tried the iced latte, chai latte and cappuccino. Every single time my visit has been a pleasure, I receive the same consistent great service, quality and tasty coffee and Great, fresh savoury/sweet snacks. I even get a discount because I work in the centre which is very thoughtful. Overall, Franky and Co is a must visit...

Very nice Cafe in the middle of Wrights road shopping plaza . The coffee is delicious and the iced latte is perfect. The slices are very tasty but the donuts were very dry and had dry icing on top. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially a man that's always there and then last time there was a lovely helpful young woman. I find it's always busy but you don't have to wait long for service . Sometimes it's a little difficult for a few people to get a seat .
