Bakers Delight Kellyville — Restaurant in Sydney

EDIT: Just an update, i am changing my rating to 4 stars now because in the past week or so the quality of their products has improved massively.

For instance their low gi bread is now baked properly. It is now light and fluffy, the right height and with a good crust instead of being doughy. I also had some apple and cinnamon hot cross buns as well which were delicious.

Good job guys. I will change the rating to 5 stars if they can keep this high quality up.

Old review, no longer applicable: Personally i find the results here are very inconsistent. Some days their breads are baked well, but usually they are not. Under-proved, over-proved, over-baked, under-baked etc. Especially their Low-GI bread. I did not have a good experience this morning. The product was great, but the service was awful.

I am not sure if the staff are supposed to wear name badges, but the blonde girl who served me this morning was not wearing one. Your staff member did not ask if I wanted to buy a bag when I had bought several items, and then when I asked for bag, she advised that bags are ten cents. I was not asked if I would like to purchase a bag before I made my transaction on eptpos. I had a toddler on my hip, a handbag and a coffee. After I looked through my wallet for 10 cents and I advised I had no coins, your staff member just looked at me with a bored expression. A very bad demeanor. I have been getting my bread from your shop for a long time without any complaints. However on Monday last week 13th Feb I went to get bread rolls around closing time. There was cockroach walking on the open bread rolls on the shelves and fly inside in the glass shelves sitting on the bread. The girl behind the counter apologised. But it's not her fault .
