To the owner, have anticipation. If its a forecasted hot summer day, ensure that you have ample staff. Last Tuesday, there was only you and another staff. We waited for our drinks for nearly half an hour. Worse, when our order came, mine was missing. The other girl staff had to put mine back in the queue again. Then still provided me with the wrong drink. Did not make it a big deal as i have already waited 30mins, parched, and that regular size drink was downed in 5mins!

You can do better. Invest on people. Otherwise poor reviews will drive customers away from...

Bought 2 bobas for my son and I after shopping at Kellyville Coles. The taro milk tea with pudding and pearl was served at room temp with no ice! Immediately after drinking this drink I had pain like i had never felt before on my left side around the area of my stomach. Never again!!!! Also I nearly skipped ordering a drink as when I had walked in the staff were sitting on the floor. Also, staff may need some extra training on processing orders as I was nearly triple charged...

I’ve ordered on doordash and in person before - the staff/owners are super friendly and helpful. They have such a great attitude and are so warm and welcoming… it is such a small thing and only a few minutes of interaction, but I left with a smile on my face and it made my day. Drinks taste great too. Would definitely recommend checking them out and giving them...
