Was waiting to order today and noticed I was being ignored. I asked if anyone was serving and a young boy with dark hair and a man bun remarked that it seemed I was in my phone, and was I ready to order. I didn't realise it was a criminal offense to be holding a phone while waiting to order a coffee in a shopping centre. Seems I needed a lecture on how to behave. He then continued to emphasize and repeat my order, trying to intimidate me in a condescending manner. This was way over the top, I'm investing money in this business and I'm being dictated to about my manners and how to behave to qualify to order a coffee. No way will I ever go back to this cafe, or any other Shed. I wonder if this boy would of confronted a man in the same way. It was misogynistic and ageism on a grand scale. If I could give zero...

Wow 🤩 I had the best bacon and egg roll with GF bread this morning in the whole castle hill region. Fresh GF bread, toasted is a treat as everyone else’s GF is mostly frozen. My fiancé loved his bacon and egg roll. Fantastic chef and helpful staff. The lovely lady that served me had the initiative to ask me about specifics and was nice even when I had extra requests. The staff here are rude. I was taking an order and here comes a staff slamming my order sheet stating “what is this”?
