I've given this place a few chances, average at their very best. Had to give this up because the average food and poor service was not worth my patronage.

The last example of poor service tipped me over the edge. They wanted me to pay for a dish i didn't order which i could show them i didn't order with a picture i took.

Other examples of poor service: they offer a free soft drink for home delivery orders over a certain value paid in cash. I once ordered take away and tried to use this offer, they refused noting that it was for home deliveries. Even though i would save them the hassle of a delivery by taking it away.

Another time i wanted to use this deal but only had a credit card. They refused to honour it even though they also have a credit card surcharge that more than covers the MasterCard/Visa fee. Did not comprehend that the fee charged more than covers the transaction cost.

visited this shop last 16 January 2022 at around 1:40 pm. Tried the red curry which was sold at 12.50 per services. I did order for a can of coke but was wondering maybe the staff didn’t hear me say it.. couldn’t wait since I was really in a time constraint.

The food was served warm which I like. Had more veggies than the chicken as expected in most Thai restaurant but for the price of 12.50 on a Sunday.. I would say it was ok. The taste was good although I was thinking it to be spicy 😅

location is close to the nearest hospital nearby. just about 5 minutes away.

most costumers that day was 99 percent from this shop, a few shops were open but got no one. dinning area was outside although it was well separated which I would highly recommend.

I love this place! I just ordered prawn pad thai takeaway. There were prawns that were off. I called out of courtesy to let them know as I would not want anyone else to get food poisoning. I made it clear that I did not want a refund, I was just informing them. She said that the reason why the prawns tasted the way the did is because of the way it was cooked. I am sure prawns are not melted, smell of sewage and taste very bitter in the one bite I took. I know the smell and taste of off prawns. If they are not willing to take on board feedback I am a little worried as to what other feedback they are receiving about the quality of their food and they are not taking it board. Its sad to see. One star...
