I met Peter from Monument Bathrooms reaching out to him after a builder I engaged to renovate the main bathroom and 2nd bathroom/laundry in my elderly parents' house had let me down. It was with much trepidation that I reached out to anyone after the experience I had just gone through but Peter put myself and my parents at ease. Peter is very professional, punctual, thourough and very knowledgeable - he knows his stuff!! and with his professionalism and expertise reassured us that there is a way out of the mess the previous builder has left is in.
