Ali Baba Kebab Palace — Local services in Sydney

Positive reviews must be from friends or I don't know... ordered with my friend and it was the most disgusting food ever ! It's not like we had high, fancy expectations.. but the food was certainly inedible. We chose 2 burgers (1beef,1veggie) with fries..

Veggie burger : -Cold , raw veggie patty , no flavour -Bread from coles but old I guess.. fries also cold and bitter but luckily the serve only contained like literally 6 fries each....

Beef Burger: cold , tasteless , swimming in fat , hard pieces inside we couldn't identify Bread &fries same as above

Maybe you should stick to a Kebab when ordering from a Kebab place but this experience makes me question their hygiene standards immenseley !! Better don't order there... When we directed complain to uber eats all we got was a 10 dollar discount of the next meal and that's it... 10 dollar for an order value of over 30 $ which was...

Having visited this shop several times before and eaten great food is what earned this review the second star. My experience this evening was beyond rude. The girl serving originally seemed quite friendly, until I politely informed her she'd given me $30 change from a 50 when I had bought a $10 kebab. After this she proceeded to make the soggiest, most lifeless kebab I've eaten in years. It resembled a thong with wilted lettuce in it. No garlic sauce (what I asked for) and to say it was half full would be being very generous. She then basically threw it at the counter as I reached out to take it (maybe why it ended up so flat) gave me a look like I'd insulted her on a personal level and stormed away... Suffice to say that despite my previous positive experiences at Ali Baba, I will not be returning...

I enjoyed this place very much! I also can’t turn down a falafel kebab because they’re delicious and this place is no exception. There are so many options for what to put in your kebab to make sure it suits your fancy. The kebab was much bigger than I expected especially for the very reasonable price. It’s also nice and toasty when they hand it to you. I came here twice during my three days in Sydney and I recommend...
