Let's begin with my story with B&W, I came here as an international student, looked for work and found Raquel(Previous Manager)who was very nice and welcoming people, and I got in as a surprise. All people who was there were surprisingly welcoming and hardworking and whole team of B&W welcomed me in their heart, I felt like a place for home. Yet their was a lot space for my growth, team were very supportive and helped me learn a lot of hospitality and communication. And,I feel B&W is the only place where you can truly explore yourself. Sincerely, their whole system for work and newbie is very smooth and sincere.
