Donut King Roselands — Restaurant in Sydney

Their coffee making is top notch usually when it comes to my preference. No faults there whatsover and that is definitely 5 Stars!

Last time I was there, however, before this time one of the girls was a bit iffy and rude and today she actually short changed me. I didn't realise until I was paying for something at the Fruit and Veg shop or one of the supermarkets a bit later on. It may have been an absolute oversight, but doubt it.

I knew it wasn't the right change due to having so much on me.

So, just a friendly word of warning - check that your change is correct. I will be from now on.

Am going to consider it a tip due to businesses being hit hard right now...

I recently visited this establishment with the expectation of enjoying a simple coffee and donut, but unfortunately, both items fell short.

The coffee lacked the richness and balance one would hope for. It was overly bitter and had a thin, watery consistency that made for a rather disappointing cup.

The chocolate-filled donut was equally unsatisfying. The filling was minimal—just a blob of chocolate on top, leaving the majority of the donut as plain, unremarkable dough. For the price, I expected a more generous and flavorful offering.

I mentioned in a previous review that Donut King in Roselands Shopping Centre provides great service time and time again. However, that's changed! I recently experienced extreme rudeness from a new staff member. The staff should allow a customer to speak when they order the same item repeatedly, especially if they are a regular customer or have a known order.
