I booked and paid online for overnight parking, assuming it would be convenient and it was cheaper. The first 5 levels were all reserved. When exiting, I was charged again at the full price. Guy on intercom wasn't very helpful, told me to call their customer service.

Found out you cant tap with phone to enter garage if booked on their website using the same card#. You have to book on their app to use applepay. Customer service was rude, making me feel bad for using their service and said they would only refund this one time, out of a kind gesture. I reserved two car spots for $10 a week prior to parking here. There’s no ticket booth or anything. Extremely confusing what to do, how to enter and how to exit. Had to go down 10 floors to eventually get a spot. Anyway upon exit, we got charged $18 each car. Ended up being double charged for both cars.
