This is a great little walk around the foreshore at Bicheno. It is about 1.2km from the start to where you meet the Lobster Shack/Waubs Distellery/Glass bottom boat. Some of it involves walking over the large rocks but this isn’t hard at all as they are fairly flat. The rocks are marked with white arrows so you know where to go next. Probably not suitable for people with mobility issues unless you have some aid to assist. Gorgeous walk.

A beautiful bay with plenty to do and some lovely places to stay. If you have time maybe consider a tour to see the Penguins. The local BBQs and a fantastic facility and well worth taking advantage of even if the wether isn’t the best! We loved our stay here overlooking the bay.

If you want a walk along some of the best coastal scenery on the east coast of Tasmania, this is the walking trail for you. Fantastic views, pristine beaches, coastal flora and the famous Bicheno Blowhole for that dash of sea eruptions.
