We arrived in Bicheno on Sunday night 12/1/25 knowing that most places would be closed. We saw this restaurant was open but there were no cars parked (red flag for me) in car park. Anyway against my better judgement we went in and ordered takeaway (honey chicken, special fried rice and crispy beef). Read moreI ordered 2 satay chicken and a special fried rice,was chewing my food then found a fish hook in my mouth. I rang to tell them and the lady didn't know what a fish hook was and when I explained what it was all she had to say was sorry. After a while of silence and another sorry she explained it could be returned but was to much mucking around to head back down. She laughed and said oh well im sorry. I then later rang back to get a refund the next day and asked if it was just the one with the hook but explained we didnt eat any of the food she then saod okay to the refund and hung up. Not good...
