We booked the Swansea holiday park for our family of three for the weekend as we were having a family get together in swansea. Other family members also booked here. ||Friday night we arrived with trouble checking in and finding the place, i called reception, only to be swore at... i got “your in the wrong f'ing place” “your in f'ing New South Wales not Tasmania” amongst other things and the rest of the conversation was just utterly rude then i was hung upon. Looked for alternative accomdation but everything was booked out. When we got to reception to check in (which was later than all the other amazing places in Swansea some other family members stayed at) no one was there or answered the door. ||Sunday morning we went out in our boat and had trouble with flat battery issues so we were going to be late checking out. Once again, my conversation with reception was absolutely disgusting! I tried to explain my situation and apologise, was willing to oay an extra fee for later check out but the horrible, abusive woman wouldn't even here me out. She cut me off, swore again, told me she didn't care and to come get my stuff out now!! Then hung up. I have never in my life experienced such horrible and traumatising abuse. While we were cleaning the cabin and getting our stuff out a guy knocked on the door for me to open it to him abruptly asking “what are you doing” I tell him I’m getting our stuff and cleaning the cabin so we can give the keys back. he very abruptly replied with “I’m on a time limit ( as he’s tapping his watch)  get your sh** together and get out!, don’t worry about cleaning it, I’ve got stuff to do” and stormed off swearing and abusing me 😭 ||Other family members staying there at the same time had similar experiences with the rudeness and the language.||I would NOT recommend staying here! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly rude, aggressive and abusive... mind you I had a young son with me!||Completely ruined our experience and weekend. I would recommend the motor inn or swansea beach chalets... Other family had amazing experiences there. ||This place is not worth the money. Go somewhere else where you will be spoken too and treated with a...

We stayed as a family of 3 (2 Adults, 1 x 6 year old) in a cabin that sleeps 4. It was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well organised. The staff were friendly. The park itself had lovely green grass and is well maintained. There is an easy access gate at the back of the park which goes straight to the beach. However, the cabin that sleeps 4 was very small even for the 3 of us. We couldn't close our bedroom door as the bed blocked the bedroom door. The lounge suit only fits two people. I felt if there was a picnic table or somewhere to sit outside the cabin it would have been better. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to sit outside so we were all stuck inside on top of each other. We travelled around for 3 weeks in Tasmania staying in cabins at caravan parks and this was by far the smallest cabin we stayed in. Also, for anyone with younger kids there is no playground, or anything for them to do at the park. Great for older kids as they can just head to the beach on their own. I think this park would be amazing for people camping or travelling in a couple. The 4-bed cabins are more suited to two people. So if there are 4 of you, I would book the...

The location was absolutely stunning and so conveniently placed right at the ocean front and so close to the shops. The team was absolutely lovely to deal with and super accommodating. One of the cleaning ladies was so so kind. Unfortunately the grounds don't seem to be very child-friendly. There's no playground or area for children to play. Signs up saying no ball games anywhere, and if they want to ride their bike it has to be on the road where cars drive. Really unfortunate as that made the trip a lot less enjoyable for the kids at times we were winding down at the cabin. The other thing is the cabins were so small, you couldn't even close the door to the main bedroom because the bed was in the way. The toilet is in with the bathroom so with 4 people in a single cabin, you constantly had to wait on each to use the toilet because even the communal toilets were locked to everyone other than caravan stayers. The beds were also incredibly uncomfortable... such a shame because location and team...

Our first time here, we will definitely be back. We used a powered caravan site for our 19foot off road caravan. Gravel pad for van and enough room for our MUX to park with grass section right next to it, nice and level and very well maintained throughout the whole facility. Easy to connect to power and water. Loads of room to turn around with ease for both large and small vehicles. Friendly and helpful lady who assisted us, gave us an easy spot to get into as we are novice caravan owners. All spots to be reversed into. Toilets, kitchen, all facilities, can't fault, clean and well maintained with free wifi. Worth what you pay. Walk through gate to get to the beach. Our 2 labradors absolutely loved it. Very quiet spot, listen to sound of the waves, quiet area considering its right in the heart of suburbia. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, just across the road from the beach. Great friendly staff and Caravan Park. I'll definitely be going back for a longer stay. 😁

Pleasant stay by the beach..!! We booked this make shift container accomodation for two reasons - This looked to be part of decent town and for container experience. And we were not disappointed. Probably our expectations were very low or probably the accomodation was neat and clean on arrival. It even had an old cooktop and a microwave owen (bonus). We needed a late check-in and reception staff accomodated the request with a smile. Checkout was also a breeze. The utility area had a laundry, big barbeque area and washrooms. There is a direct access to the beach from this area too which is a bonus. If you want to eat out, there are lots of options in nearby market (5 kms). 5 stars for location, small trail with amazingly big name (see pic) and decent container accomodation(remember its an old container).
