We moved to WA from interstate and had to do a 14 day self-isolation due to WA's border restrictions. Right from our initial inquiry with them, the hotel reception were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were able to organise our self-isolation stay with them very quickly and easily with them which also enabled us to successfully get a travel exemption into WA. Before we arrived, we were able to order groceries online ahead of time and the hotel staff delivered them to our room and put them in the fridge for us. The reception staff were always obliging, switched on and friendly. Their high-quality service really made the whole self-isolation experience much more pleasant, knowing that we were in good hands. They even bought my wife a bunch of flowers for her birthday, which was very thoughtful of them during our period of isolation. The only minor downside to our stay was the traffic noise from Thomas Rd, but even that wasn't that bad. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to do a 14 day self-isolation, or any other stay for...
Read moreFirst trip to Perth, after 6hrs flight, i wanted a peaceful rest. This is the first time a hotel has provided ear plugs by the bedside. I wondered why... if you love hearing cop cars and ambulances playing cat and mouse throughout the entire night, along with the lovely sound of heavy traffic, this is the place. When you open the bedrooms; it's like you've opened a tomb, the air is so thick of whatever was accumulated across the years, it makes your throat coarse within seconds. Those with dust allergies? We'll you'll be in a magnificent night of chest pain, difficulty breathing and hive breakouts. Because this stay, seems like nobody has ever cleaned the floors, opened any windows, or cleaned the air-conditioning filters. I travelled to all the main cities and generally have a high tolerance; this however tops the cake. You want to pay heaps of your hard earn $$$$ for lack of sleep and inability to breathe? Well you got your place. 5...
Read moreQuest has many locations. This place was quite new but it has 1 major problem. Only air con in the living room. Bedrooms only have ceiling fans. U need to keep the door open to let the room cool otherwise it gets stuffy. At the end of the year summer heat makes it quite unbearable... We arrived late after 9pm and checked in and found our room had no working air con. After an hour of back and forth they let us go to another apartment nearer to city which oddly has air con in the bedrooms but not in the living room. But we could not change to that apartment as it was fully booked for the other days of our trip. They finally gave us a different room in this quest at rheola wiyh a different bed configuration. Service wise it is ok. Except for the air con problem where they initially asked us to 'bear with it for the night'... No other...
