If I could give it 0 stars I would, but because I have to pick at least 1 star that’s all they will get. What a horrible experience like no other. It’s hard to think of where to start when there is so much wrong with a restaurant.

The music is so loud and awful, there is no volume control. You cannot have a conversation with the people right in front of you, it is impossible to hear anything. My ears were ringing after a few minutes there.

The food is bland and tasteless, the rice is as dry as the desert and tastes like it’s been seasoned by someone who’s tastebuds don’t exist. It feels like your being robbed for the price they charge for the the quality of the food you get. For the price you pay here you can get a decent meal elsewhere.

The service is basically non existent here, it is so hard to her a hold of a staff member, there would be multiple times we would try to call over a staff member or gesture at them to come over (again the music was too loud for normal communication) and we would be looked at and ignored as if we didn’t exist. The staff don’t have a care in the world, standing and talking amongst themselves instead of doing at least the bare minimum.

Don’t even get me started on the toilets as well, I might as well have gone to the bathroom in a hoarders dump. The place was unclean and unsanitary, there were broken taps and puddles of water on the floor between the toilet stalls. The damn toilet paper roll wasn’t even on a roll holder, is was just placed on the ground as if it belonged there. The door got jammed and I had to kick it opened get out. How disgusting, unsanitary and unsafe.

The owners really take the cake here though, they are unhelpful, rude and ignorant and terrible at what they do. Multiple times during the night we saw him arguing loudly in front of all the patrons with his staff members, what a horrendous way to run a business and conduct yourself. There are no manners and no decency...

If only I could give a zero star rating & even then, that would be generous. Absolutely shocking service. We were greeted after several minutes of waiting, the waiter asked if we had a reservation. He then answered his phone, turned his back AND WALKED AWAY. He then proceeded to ignore us, we stood in the middle of the restaurant confused as to what had happened, until another waiter asked for our reservation.

Our table already had food served, christ knows only how long it'd been sitting there. If that's not enough red flags to up & leave, it gets worse.

The $50 set menu was the only available option. Pretty expensive for what it was. There was no offer from our waiter of drinks, only after we had finished the meal was there any offer.

We asked the waitress what some of the dishes were. She had no clue. Pretty pathetic considering that is your only job. Our mains arrived, shoved on the table. Each main was meant to come with a garlic sauce, one of the mains was missing. The rice on one was lukewarm at best.

We sat at the very front, watching large groups of people come in. They weren't even acknowledged & were ignored for several minutes. We were tempted to tell them not to bother eating here considering how bad the service was.

There was no acknowledge from the staff when we left, no thank yous, no see you later, no eye contact, nothing.

Judging by all these other 1 star reviews on the terrible service & lack of acknowledgement of these reviews by management, it's clear where their priorities lay. If you're open to spending upwards of $160 for 3 people, best save your money for McDonalds. You'd be at least acknowledged.

D O N ' T E V E N ...

We booked for 5 people. 3 of us walked in. 1 was feeling sick so couldn't eat. The other 2 came after 8pm. 1 had eaten already so touched nothing. Our last friend grabbed a tiny piece of pita bread to eat and I told him touch nothing because they will charge you for the head. Upon proceeding to go to pay our bill they produced us a bill with 4 heads at $160.00. My friend and I already though had mentioned from the start only 2 people were going to eat. The young boy confirmed wirh the person in charge and came back and said its fine. They caused such a drama and were completely rude insisting we pay at least for 3 heads. The owner male started yelling throughout the restaurant saying he has rent to pay and his young female staff member was telling him to quieten down. I kept telling him we will pay for the 2 heads eaten and the drinks but nothing more. The guy at the counter and owner argued for a good 10 minutes over us passing a third head not eaten and then kept telling me he didn't want my money and to leave. I eventually left and my friend ended up paying for 3 heads. A head that nobody ate. We barely touched the food as it was and ended up in containers which ended up on the counter and left behind. Not that anyone would have eaten it but for the dogs so its not a complete waste. Absolutely disgusting people and their behavior was appalling. Food not that great anyway. Rice was dry and little served for the money wanted. It was all dips no one ate. Music was loud as for a constant 30 minutes and no one could speak. No airflow also and was pretty hot. Complete waste of money and a total rip off. Disgraceful...
