Artisan | Gulshan-2 — Local services in Dhaka Metropolitan

The employees who are currently hired in Banani branch should be more active and be more willing to help the customers while they are looking to buy something. Last time when I went there, I asked one employee to give me a larger size of my t shirt that I was going to buy. After a while he said there were no larger size than that. Still I bought it as I liked that t shirt thinking it will fit me and also he told me it will. But unfortunately it was short for me. The next day, when I went to exchange it, there was another person now and when I asked him to check the t shirt and let me exchange it for a larger size, he firstly checked whether there were any larger size available and he found 2 different sizes. I'm not completely unsatisfied with Artisan, they have great products and some amazing wardrobe collection for all ages. But should also have people to help the customers to get what they desire and be contented when they finish...

Well there you can get export quality clothes little bit cheaper thn the real one and authentic product. They collect these directly from garment factory in Bangladesh. They also have their own production goods these are also quality goods and cheaper than the other fashion house in Bangladesh. They are not rich in traditional dress. Most important matter is their customer service. They are very serious about their customer service. From new born to adult or matured age, top to bottom, every types of clothes are available here. You will enjoy your shopping...

So, I'm a Dhaka college shopper. Aside from them, Artisan is the only brand I turn to because I love the collection of fabrics and the salespeople's attitude.

As a Dhanmondi resident, I usually have to travel to the jfp outlet when I need something. I needed a pair of violent pink shirts, and after four different Artisan stores, I found what I wanted at the gulshan 2 store.

Great collections, excellent staff behavior, and much easier to access than the jfp outlet.
