To rate the area as a residential place, it is undoubtedly the most posh, wealthiest place in the whole country. But too much security measures to get in and out sort of annoying. It is because the neighbourhood mostly crowded by diplomats. Its clean, quiet and if you stand in front of a gate or a house for long enough, the Security guard will wallk towards you and ask why you are standing there, as it is the road belongs to the residents. In the worst case, if you are not well dressed, they might treat you like some mischievous character, you might feel like in a country where economic growth is ridiculously fed to the people by the government the natural rise of population and income due to inflation of increase competition of market, (oh yea, lets get back to the point), being poor or look alike not so rich is unofficially prohibited to...
