I faced a pretty horrendous experience here. I'm a frequent north end goer and this new north end is just at my downstairs so I spend my regular morning brainstorm from here. For last few days I saw an woman coming to this place often, sitting idle, gazing at people and then going to different tables to talk and ask inappropriate things (even happened to me). The stuff their said - this woman has some mental issues so consider this. So the last day, I finished my work and kept my bag on the table, and went outdoor to see the rain. Suddenly i turned inside and saw that woman taking my bag, and then she went to her table, and opened my bag. I rushed inside, and took my half-opened bag and then the woman started shouting. The stuffs were there trying to understand what happened but nothing did value-added. It was such creepy and insecure. North end for me was a regular go-to place, even I felt so secure here I kept my laptop on the table unattended while going to restroom. But after this incident I'm shocked. Why they let such people in who are threats to other people there? I didn't find the answer. I didn't find any stuff coming to me and talking abt necessary actions they are gonna take. The north end stuffs are humble and friendly but this incident shows they are very weak in handling tough cases. I won't go to this north end again in the morning alone. This is scary. I wish I knew the management and told them this because otherwise this will drive their...
