We recently visited Artisan in Sanmart Tower and was impressed by its extensive collection spread across three spacious floors. The store caters to everyone, offering a wide range of clothing for kids, men, and women. Whether you’re looking for casual wear, ethnic outfits, or trendy fashion pieces, there’s something for everyone. Despite some ongoing renovation work, which slightly disrupted the shopping experience, the vast variety and quality of the collection made up for it.
The layout is well-organized, making it easy to browse through different sections. The staff was courteous and helpful, assisting customers with personalized recommendations. Artisan’s blend of modern trends and classic designs truly stands out. With the renovation likely to enhance the ambiance further, this is a go-to destination for fashion enthusiasts. I’m looking forward to revisiting once the work is complete to experience an even better shopping...
Read moreI’ve been shopping at Artisan for the past seven years. Just yesterday, I interacted with 2 employees—one male in the men’s section and one female in the teenage section, among others.
The woman in the teenage section had an unpleasant attitude, as if she thought she was too good for the place. She wouldn’t even show the clothes properly, and her manner of speaking was impolite. Similarly, the man in the men’s section appeared bored and disengaged. Every time I asked a question, he responded with a one-word answer without even looking at me. There were no smiles, no courtesy, and no politeness.
I spend 6-7k per month on Artisan's various branches and expect at least some quality service, cause if I see employees behaving like this, my shopping mood is...
Read moreTerrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!! They give priority to the elite customers mostly, based on outlook they judge customers and treats them accordingly, me and my wife went there with our house outfit and the staffs there even refused to show the clothes from shelve when we asked them twice. Beside that on the billing queue they have given sort of friendly favour to the specific customers, after asking few times the billing counter guy asked me to put my shopping on the tables and said to wait, after waiting solid 20 mins I went back to counter and saw he was billing the customer who came after me, when he was being asked he said after that customer he will do mine. I am just astonished how a company with so many outlets and staffs can run a double standard service? How is it possible in a modern day...
